YES, Customer is responsible of ALL clearing and leveling of the ground. As well as finding their own concrete, gravel, or asphalt. Customer needs to also be sure there is a minimum of 2 feet of clearance all around the structure for installers.

Permits are solely customers responsibility. While not all carports require them, Heavy Metal Carports LLC places your engineering plans as needed at the time of purchase. Generics or site specific plans are base off on your County requirements. However, Heavy Metal Carports LLC is not responsible for customers request of not getting permits or purchasing engineering plans after installation.
